The writing assistant that actually knows your story.

Lorekeeper holds your whole world — every character, place, and rule — and gives you an AI that has read all of it. Ask it anything. It answers from your story, not a guess.

Free during Alpha.
It reads your manuscript.
Ask for feedback on a scene and it responds from your actual prose — quoting your own words back, grounded in what you've written.
What do you think of Ryn's first scene — does her voice come through?
It does — and it's already consistent with how you've written her elsewhere. The restraint lands. When she presses her palm to the wall and thinks back to her grandmother's words —“Kage doesn't announce itself. It waits until you've stopped looking.”— from Chapter 1, Scene 1

— that single line does more characterisation than the paragraph before it. She's patient, inward, and already carrying the weight of inheritance. My one note: the floorboard creak arrives a beat too early to build dread. Hold it.
It helps develop your characters.
When a character feels thin, talk it through. The assistant suggests additions to your notes — and nothing changes without your approval.
Tatsumi feels a bit one-note — he's just protective. Why would he be like that?
You're right that it reads as flat. Protectiveness without a wound underneath it is just a character trait, not a motive. Given what you've established about the Night of Sealing — what if he was there? Not as a witness, but close enough that he could have done something, and didn't.
Suggested addition
Tatsumi · Motives
Protects Ryn out of guilt, not duty — he was present the night her mother died and couldn't stop it.

What's here today

A home for your whole story — and an AI that lives inside it.

Everything connects. The more you put in, the sharper the assistant becomes, because every answer is grounded in what you've actually written.

Your cast, alive on the page

Characters with portraits, titles, relationships, bio snippets, strengths, flaws, and status. The AI knows every person in your story — and can propose new characters directly from conversation.

A world that holds together

Nested locations — countries, regions, cities, landmarks — each with its own history, politics, and lore. Pin them on your map and ask the AI how long it would realistically take to travel between them.

Structure without the fight

Acts, chapters, and scenes with a rich text editor built for prose, scene auto-numbering, word counts per chapter, and a proportional outline board for planning your story's shape before you write it.

An assistant that has read it all

Ask anything about your story — it answers from your actual manuscript, quotes your own prose back, and catches contradictions you'd never spot yourself.

Suggestions you approve

The AI proposes additions to characters, locations, and lore — or creates entirely new characters from conversation. Nothing changes your story without your approval.

Take your work anywhere

Export your full manuscript as a clean Word document (.docx) or Markdown file, any time. Search across every character, scene, location, and lore entry in one place.

Where Lorekeeper is headed.

Alpha is the foundation. Here's a glimpse of what's coming — built in the open, shaped by what founding members ask for.

SoonFull-manuscript consistency reports catch contradictions and plot holes across your whole book, prioritised and actionable
SoonTimeline & relationship maps see your story's chronology and character connections laid out at a glance
SoonAI-generated visuals character portraits and location art, generated from your own descriptions
LaterSeries support one shared world and canon spanning multiple books
LaterCollaboration invite editors, beta readers, or co-authors into your project with appropriate access

You're early — and that's the point.

Lorekeeper is in private Alpha. It's built by one person who writes, for people who write, and it's still taking shape. Founding members get in free, and their feedback directly steers what comes next.

Some rough edges are expected. In return, you help build the tool you wish existed.

  • Free for the whole Alpha — no card needed
  • A direct line to the maker — report a bug, get a reply
  • Your feedback shapes the roadmap
  • Founding members keep a special place as we grow
